My Background

I am a practicing CPA licensed in New York and Florida and the author of the PAMS-DCF Book and Software. My career has spanned several industries including public accounting, corporate tax, and finance. I have consulted in various areas of taxation, accounting, and system design mainly in the New York tri-state area. I have been frequently published, writing articles about lease accounting and tax shelter design including AICPA Home Study Courses. By invitation only, I sat on the prestigious NYS Financial Accounting Standards Committee for two terms, and for several years, the NYS Finance and Leasing Companies Committee. I have been listed in Marquis Who's Who and Marquis Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America. I lectured for various organizations including the NYS Society of CPAs, Foundation for Accounting Education, the World Trade Center, and the American Association of Equipment Lessors. I have authored home study courses including the Anatomy of a Tax Shelter" and "Accounting For Leases" for the FAE
